Coquitlam has teamed up with  Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Belcarra and Anmore to offer free admission to drop in swimming, skating and gymnasium based activities for kids in grades 5 and 6 during the 2009/2010 school year.  This is a great way to get into the habit of keeping active at a young age.

What is a grade 5 Get Active! Card?

-all grade 5 students(2009/2010) of School District 43 can have free admission to all drop in swimming, skating and gym based activities.

Proper Documentation for New Card Users:

• a letter of verification from School District 43 identifying you as a grade 5 or 6 student.
• birth certificate showing proof of age as of December 31, 2009.
• Proof of Residency in Coquitlam, Anmore, Belcarra, Port Coquitlam or Port Moody

What is the grade 6 Stay Active! Punch Card?

The Grade 6 Stay Active! Punch Card gives students 12 free admissions during the Sept 2009 to Aug 2010 to participate in drop-in swimming, ice skating and gymnasium based activities in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody.
 
To renew your card, drop by one of our Coquitlam facilities: Chimo Aquatic and Fitness Centre, Pinetree Community Centre, Centennial Activity Centre, City Centre Aquatic Complex, Poirier Leisure & Parks Administration, or Summit Community Centre.

Proper Documentation for Renewing:

• Proof of residency
• Birth Certificate
